Those interested in joining the PET ADDS CONSORTIUM should express their interest to the COMMITTEE by sending the 'Letter/Application for membership' in accordance with the model that appears in this document, accompanied by the documents and information required, where appropriate, by the Coordinator of the PET ADDS CONSORTIUM.
